Despite a next day delivery stated in the website, I received my order 5 days later, 3 of which were classed as working days. Good collection of cards though. Just don’t expect them to arrive in time!
Sorry your card was late. We do dispatch same day if ordered before 4pm or next working day if after. We dispatch to Royal Mail and they deliver. So if the card takes 5 working days that is down to Royal Mail not ourselves. I can see from your order it was made at 7pm on a Friday night. This means that it would have been dispatched on the next working day which is the Monday and arrive Tuesday/Wednesday.
