Shipping policy

All of our cards for UK delivery are sent via Royal Mail first class, so will arrive with your usual postal delivery. All cards sent internationally are dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard.

Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched on the following working day.  Working days are Mon - Fri.  Anything ordered on the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that Royal Mail's last collections are Saturday mornings so cards ordered after Saturday midday and Sunday Will not be collected until Monday so expect delivery 1-3 days from that point.

Cards are usually delivered between 1-3 working days of dispatch however during busy seasons this can increase dramatically due to the volume of mail in the system.  This can increase up to 5-8 working days

During periods of Royal Mail strikes we can only offer a refund on items that do not arrive after 25 days.  Information of Royal Mail strike action can be found via the link on the home page.

Mugs have a shipping estimate of 1-3 working days.  Please note the same delivery rules apply as above.
