I mistakenly sent the cards i ordered to my address rather than the reciever's; however after leaving a message on the "contact" number as well as an email, I recieved a call back within half an hour where I was able to explain my predicament to an actual person! What made it even better was that later that afternoon I was called again to confirm the 'new' address and to say that it was being sent and would arrive next day (which it did). A great selection of cards and superb customer service, will defo be using them again (got me out of trouble!)
No problem with the card, but took 8 days to arrive. Past the birthday I had it planned for.
No tracking number, no response to my email asking on progress.
